My life is built on order and habit. These changes just made me soil myself and forget who I was for half an hour. Please consider this the next time you change the look of your blog.

CS Lewis is brilliant, isn't he?
THere is a good discussion of success in Marcus Buckingham's new book, The One Thing You Need to Know.
His definition of success: maximum impact sustained over the longest period of time. Of course one has to ask exactly what that means, but it seems like a pretty good starting place to me.
